		<description>Great post!  Just finished reading a book called "The Difference Maker". It's all about attitude and how no matter how little we can control the circumstances we face, we can always control our attitude... that is exactly what you are saying... If I am going to be successful, I WILL face failure... however it's how I deal with that failure that will make the biggest difference in my life.</description>

Sorry to hear that you've even had to deal with failure but also think about it like this.. What Trillion Dollar Company hasn't...SMILE!

I feel that when failure has occured you actually end up making an even better choice then if you would of gotten it right the first time.</description>
