		<description>Checkout spamassassian, we use it and it does a pretty good job.  Out of the 100+ emails I get a day, almost all are targeted and dubbed [SPAM SUSPECT] in the subject field.  It might not get rid of all spam, but it does a really good job.  However, i'm only sure that you can set it up for the server side, not sure if its available just for client.
